IAC’s experience includes engagements with contracting companies, industrial facilities of different sizes, and organizations operating across vital sectors in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and other Arab markets.
IAC’s Approach to Institutional Projects
- Structured readiness: IAC helps organizations identify gaps, implement effective systems, and prepare methodically for independent external assessment. Certification decisions remain solely with the relevant independent certification body.
- Operational value: Each engagement is designed around the organization’s actual processes, risks, priorities, and available resources, with attention to reducing unnecessary duplication and improving operational efficiency.
- Disciplined implementation: Projects are delivered through defined phases that balance implementation pace with quality, employee participation, and the organization’s capacity to sustain the resulting system.
Through this approach, IAC seeks to deliver institutional systems that support clearer decisions, stronger implementation, and measurable improvement beyond the completion of the consulting engagement.
